Philadelphia, Tuesday, November 10th, 1779.

                                    PRESENT:

His Excellency JOSEPH REED, Esquire, President.

Honourable Mr. Moore, Mr. Gardner, and

Mr. Hambright, Mr. Reed.

An application from General Roberdeau, for payment of one thousand weight of Lead, was read.

Ordered, That the Secretary do acquaint General Roberdeau, that an order will issue for payment, upon producing the receipt by the officer authorised by the Board, and that the same will be paid for at a reasonable price, having respect to the place and time of delivery; But that this Board have never had any information before how far their orders were complied with or accepted.
