An order was drawn on the Treasurer in favor of William Bradford, Jun’r, Esquire, Attorney General, on his order, for the sum of forty pounds specie, as a fee for himself and any other lawyer he may take to his assistance, in the cause now pending between this State and General Roberdeau, respecting the lands in Bedford county, commonly called the lead mine tract
